CODE OF CONDUCT AND ASSURANCE

Greenacre Associates requires its staff and associates to be scrupulously impartial and honest in all affairs relating to business delivery. All associates will be required to sign our Code of Conduct before engaging with any clients on our behalf. Copies will be provided to associates as part of the application process.

The key principles outlined in our Code of Conduct are:

QUALITY ASSURANCE: We must have confidence when promoting associates that they are trustworthy, competent and experienced. All Associates will thereofre be rigorously assessed, and qualifications checked by our internal vetting procedures. We require all associates to have current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance to ensure that they can work amongst sensitive groups who charities often work with. Associates will be trained on safeguarding procedures and appropriate behaviour in environments where this is an issue. We expect associates to have their own public liability insurance. We will require a valid certificate before you begin work with us.

CONFIDENTIALITY: At all times you should uphold client confidentiality. No information can be released to unauthorised persons or organisations.

BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION: Greenacre fully subscribes to legal requirements in respect of corrupt or inappropriate payments, including whilst working overseas.

FEEDBACK: We will ask all clients to complete a feedback form after every piece of work you deliver, and will follow up on any reports of associates failing to comply with the terms of the Code of Conduct.
