Ben Evans is Co-founder and Senior Associate of the Greenacre Group. Ben is a widely experienced Civil Society expert and international project manager, expert in CSO assessments, capacity building, policy development and formal assessments of laws and regulations. Ben developed and delivered major projects for governments, inter-governmental agencies and civil society organisations in South East Asia, South Asia, the Gulf, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has been invited by FATF to contribute to the reform of R8.

Phil Cooper

Phil Cooper is Co-Founder and Senior Associate of the Greenacre Group. Phil has been working with civil society for twenty-five years, as a trustee, a regulator and an expert consultant with a particular focus on due diligence and capacity building. Formerly Head of the UK Charity Commission’s International Programme, he has delivered major projects on behalf of the UK and US governments, the UN and others in South Asia, the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa. The British, US, Australian and Pakistani governments have all sought his insights.

Oliver Lewis

Oliver Lewis is a human rights lawyer, NGO leader, advocate and teacher and formerly Executive Director of the Mental Disability Advocacy Center (MDAC). Oliver serves on the editorial board of the European Yearbook on Disability Law, reviews articles for a number of journals and has written several publications, and has held teaching roles in Budapest, Pune and Leeds.
Linda Spedding

Dr. Linda Spedding is a lawyer and human rights activist with particular experience in India and women’s rights issues. She is qualified in three jurisdictions (the UK, US and India), and has advised governments, companies and civil society organisations on issues ranging from constitutional law to corprorate social responsibility.
David Locke

David Locke is Assistant Commissioner of the Australian Charities and Non-Profits Commission, formerly Executive Director of Charity Services at the UK Charity Commission of England and Wales. During his time at the Charity Commission, David and his team won the UK Public Service Award for Best Operational Delivery across Government.
