Greenacre has developed a library of resources for use by its Associates. It includes training materials, guidance notes, template policies and plans, and numerous other support and advice materials. Our knowledge database is being developed and added to every day by the collective experience of our many professional Associates.

Once agreed we set out the costs of delivery and agree with you our terms and conditions before the work begins. All of our Associates are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which sets out the standards that Greenacre expects of them. All new clients are provided with a copy of the Code so that they can be clear about exactly what they can expect from our staff or Associates. If you have any problems about the standards, conduct or behaviour of one of Associates, contact us confidentially and we will address your concerns immediately.

Our Costs

For most of our services, the cost will be in the region of £300-£400 per day plus VAT. However, the actual cost will vary depending on the nature of your need – in particular, whether there is a need for a specialist associate to be assigned to the task, for the development of bespoke materials, or for significant travel.

Our price guarantee

Whatever your need, we will agree in advance exactly what services will be provided, and what the total cost will be. There will be no hidden charges and no nasty surprises. If we don’t meet the agreed needs, we will provide extra support at no cost until they are satisfied.
