ASSURANCE

All Associates have been rigorously assessed and qualifications checked by our internal vetting procedures. You can be confident that our associates are competent and experienced.

We require all associates to have current DBS clearance to ensure that they can work amongst sensitive groups who charities often work with. This means that access to educational, support or other environments were children or other vulnerable groups are present is not a problem for our teams.
Greenacre takes safeguarding very seriously and all associates are trained on safeguarding procedures and appropriate behaviour in environments where this is an issue.

We have full public liability insurance cover for all our staff and associates.

FEEDBACK FROM YOU IS IMPORTANT TO MAINTAINING THESE STANDARDS AND WE WILL ASK YOU TO COMPLETE A FEEDBACK FORM AFTER EVERY PIECE OF WORK WE DELIVER TO YOU.
